About Michelle
Dr. Michelle Keating-Sibel, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the co-founder of Lumen Aesthetics & Wellness, where she specializes in evidence-based care in aesthetics, hormone therapy, and medical weight management. She brings more than a decade of experience in primary care, women’s health, population health, and integrative medicine, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes through prevention and sustainable lifestyle strategies.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at West Chester University, where her doctoral project centered on implementing evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes at a system level. She is nationally certified by the ANCC and has advanced training in hormone optimization, obesity medicine, population health measures (including HEDIS), and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
In addition to her clinical practice, Michelle is a Visiting Professor at Chamberlain University, where she teaches leadership and role development in advanced nursing practice. She is also an invited speaker at national and state-level conferences, including the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, where she presents on topics such as obesity management, deprescribing, value-based care, and the responsible use of AI in patient engagement.
Michelle is widely recognized for her clinical precision, personalized approach, and holistic philosophy of care, addressing not only the physical but also the emotional and lifestyle aspects of health. She is deeply committed to advancing the role of nurse practitioners and serves as a mentor, educator, and advocate for patient-centered, team-based care.
